OK, I'm willing to let bygones be bygones. Hey, I still own 10 shares (gives me the right to post, etc). I don't have access to this KKM stuff - was never sure about why/how she might have been unsuspectingly "played" by the "honorable" Mr Murphy. At any rate, it seems to me that this was the quintessential "message board driven" stock (Medsker, Grupo, others). INCLUDING Murphy's OWN use of the message board forum. My question is this: Was the unethical use of message boards as a way to disseminate false information included in the 41 page SEC complaint? (It would seem, after all, to be a poster child case for this new concept).....V
