So all those welfare folks who have been told to work are being deprived, eh? I thought you were all FOR them being deprived? But it WAS customary for them to get their checks without trying for work, and if I may say so, legally the fact of reliance works a great deal more in their favor then it does in the case of the prayerful.

It was at one time customary to own slaves, and indentured servants, and women and children were chattel- Thank GOD, or whatever(hehe) that what is customary changes quite a bit.
