As for the number of shares. The buyback started on May 17th I believe. At that time the company was authorized by the board to buyback up to 5M shares. Incredibly by July 5th., they had already purchased back 2.9M shares and the buyback was increased to 10M shares.

Although we'll have to wait for the company to update us at the next earnings announcement, it is my opinion based on level 2 observation that they have aggressively been maintaining the same pace, albeit they took a week off just prior to the ATT closing. Therefore one could assume or speculate that they have repurchased another 2,250,000 shares. Therefore I am guessing they have bought back approx. 5M shares so far.
