I AGREE! Stock has become a joke at $ 1/2 and less. I don't see them going under! They have 9.23 million shares outstanding and the market cap is about $4 million! Book value is $ 1.85! Sullivan didn't execute the business model well and street dumped the company. Even if someone paid $ 2 for VISN, they could still gobble it up on the cheap! But this optical outlet retail business is not easy to make great profits in short time. It may still get a suitor - let us wait and see!
