CellStar Announces Fulfillment and Distribution Agreement With equitel

CARROLLTON, Texas, Aug. 21 /PRNewswire/ --
CellStar Corporation (Nasdaq: CLST), a global wireless logistics services
leader, today announced it has signed an agreement to provide fulfillment anddistribution services in the United States for equitel, inc., a nationalreseller of prepaid cellular services.
CellStar will provide equitel's customers with complete end-user
fulfillment services through tools such as AOS ON-LINE(SM) and netXtreme(SM),CellStar's proprietary Internet-based systems for order entry, order tracking, product shipment and information exchange.
