I am not sure why it shows that. However the NORMAL schedule of events is to have the FOMC meeting then on Thursday, they release the transcripts of the month before meeting. In other words, Tuesday would be the August meeting but then on Thursday, we would see what was actually said and where each member stood as of the July meeting.
