It was Al Gore who was in charge of the task force to reduce spending while Clinton took on the role of raising revenues. That is the combination that balanced the budget.

You conveniently forget like most liberal morons that in 92, the Republicans still controlled the White House and Clinton was still the Governor down in hog heaven raping innocent women. Even after he was elected and took office in 93, the democrats controlled both houses of Congress. It would have been pretty difficult for them to do what you claimed in you post. It's idiots like you that post lies and don't realize that some people can catch you on them.knc
