I think the commodity inflation theme is an excellent way to go here. Personally, I like CAG better than ADM; ADM is involved in a lot of side businesses (i.e, like the lysine business that got 'em in trouble a few years back). The problem with IP is that demand will be hurt if we have a recession. Also they may have trouble passing price increases through for a while, which will hurt profitability. The group I really like is the Natural Gas producers, I think gas prices will be well over $5 this winter and most are priced like it's still $3.00.
