Bob,

If a WK is to show up, I would think that it would have to happen in time for shareholders to withdraw their tenders, or just before the two or three? day tender period(Wednesday at the latest?). If there is no white knight, it seems logical that the stock will drop off after the Broker deadline for tendering and before the official close of the tender. As a US shareholder, you have a difficult decision to make. Good luck.

regards,
teevee
