Roger, all the lawsuits will be consolidated into 1 and the company will have to deal with it. Class actions are so common these days just about every company that has seen its stock tumbling got sued, nothing new there. When the GTR comes out, it may be time to sell into it. I sold a little bit in the high 14s today. Regards, Tom
