Richard- I'm sure you've seen Wilder's New Concepts... and noticed that all the calculations were done by hand. Except he probably could afford one of those fancy Monroe or Friden calculators. You know... the ones that weighed about 40 pounds and had a quarter HP motor to drive all the gears! :-) Things have changed so much and feel so natural that our roots are lost. There were some strong reasons why Magee & Edwards were popular and revered. Bruce
