We are stuck at 40, trading in the narrowest range for the longest time. It's all up to the greenspan reaction tomorrow when they dont raise rates. Everyone expects no increase but I still expect a rally once it sinks in that there will be no more rate hikes this year. Then between now and early september the market should pop.
