NTOP also has 200 to 300 million cash.
CSCO deal would guarantee a return to level ATT paid for their NTOP shares, ie. $75/sh range.

Broadband is coming, and VOiP along with it, and no one is better situated than NTOP. They will merely price between conventional long distance, and "free".

Possible 10 bagger situation here, from current price over next 1 to 2 yrs as broadband becomes the norm.
