He found out he had cancer in early March. He died July 17th. Gary K. aka Lucre passed away July 17th at the age of 45. He was diagnosed with cancer in March and fought a noble but short battle. Gary K. was a devoted husband, father and a very good friend to those of us who knew him personally. Gary had been wheel chair bound since a diving accident in college and a large part of his world was the people he met online. I had the pleasure of meeting Gary in person last year and I can tell you he was one of the finest people I have had the privilege of ever meeting. I will miss the insight Lucre provided and friendship he extended so freely. A few times in life you meet real gentlemen and Gary K. was one of them. Gary leaves behind a 14 year old son and a wife.
