I do care very much who is in the important position of appointing people to the Federal judiciary, including the Supreme Court. So do I. I agree with you on that issue. And I hesitate to bring this up because I dont want to get into right to life vs choice but what about a womens right to choose and the supreme court? So it isnt as clear on who would be better. All depends on whose ox is being gored. But you would agree that many folks would have split views on trial lawyer and choice, wouldnt you? And that would make your criteria a bit hard to use.
