I am tired of Gov't involvement in things they have no business getting involved in. If you look in recent legislative history, most of the laws and spending are on issues that the Constitution never pondered for good reason. The founding fathers were responsible enough to take care of themselves. They didn't go crying for Gov't handouts when times got tough. I'm not against helping the destitute, but people in our society have forgotten the meaning of living within their means. Everybody(overgeneralization) wants to keep up with the Jones and must have instant gratification. If people would live within their means, they wouldn't have to rely on others for so much. I detest sending more money to Washington, Tallahassee, or any other Gov't organization for matters other than the absolute minimum. The politicians do nothing but waste most of it on pet projects, although there are necessities that must be funded. knc
