So, how do I make the determination when someone is or is not speaking for the clown thread?

And I certainly do understand that everyone on the thread is an individual and responsible for their own actions/messages. However, if you defend those actions, I consider that to render items 1, 2 and 4 in the following post as moot to the argument.
