Market caps and firm values of WCII vs. NXLK: I believe we reached a new high in the ratios of NXLK over WCII for market cap 3.7x and firm value 2.7x Market caps are based on fully diluted shares of 156mln for WCII and 441mln for NXLK. Firm value is defined as market cap plus net debt. WCII $4.7 bln mkt cap and $7.4 bln FV NXLK $17.2 bln mkt cap and $20.5 bln FV IMO, the disparity is way too large.
