It doesn't comprise anything but crude. I had the same thought about refinery capacity - but here's what I suspect will happen. Just as the HO build was sacrificed for gasoline in Spring, this Fall all efforts will be made to refine HO, sacrificing the gasoline build - leaving us in a precarious situation next year. This can only work for one cycle, after that we're toast. In the meantime, their will be no slowdown in demand for crude as refiners do everything in their power to build HO stocks.
