My comments to Thomas M were not out of the blue and related to previous messages that he posted to me.
I believe that Thomas M misinterpreted the issue that I was dealing with, which was that da_cheif's comments on other threads about members of the clown thread were materially similar (I made the mistake of using the word "exact") to some on going comments about individuals on the clown thread.
If after reading the following string, you don't see where the subject was changed by Thomas M, let me know and I will clarify it.

I did not say, nor imply, that the taunts were on the MDD thread, not that they were necessarily directed at members of the MDD thread....though that certainly happened in the past.

Da Cheif was banned because his taunting posts were clogging up the thread. If someone wants to start a separate thread making fun of us, we don't care! There is a clear distinction between your belief that people shouldn't be insulted, and our attitude that insulters should not waste our bandwidth on our thread with dozens of pointless posts every day.

But since you are speaking for the thread...Are you saying that members of the clown thread have not gone over to other threads for the specific purpose of taunting bulls and then coming back to the clown thread with links to show their trophies?

If you object to what da_cheif is saying, you should object equally as loudly to what has been going on concerning LG on the clown thread.
Obviously exactly referred to the general behavior and not to the exact details. But to clarify further, I was mistaken to use the word exactly. I should have used the term materially similar
Still, it goes back to the point that you are complaining about people coming to your thread and wasting your bandwidth, but I don't recall seeing any objections from you when it was down by the members of the clown thread on other threads.
