I edited my response- I've saved the text- I don't even know whether my response violates the TOU. Oh excuse me "the SPIRIT" of the TOU- that could be anything couldn't it? Geez- those TOU must have been written by someone who flunked the bar, or maybe they were to cheap to hire a lawyer at all.

Will research the issue and post my reply AGAIN, if it's "allowable".
