connect the dots indeed! 13 . 14 . 15 . 16 . 17.... Whether one class action is announced, or one hundred, only one can go forward, the others are just joined onto it. Unlike AMD, DIGL etc class actions, Xcelera has never promoted its own stock price using Mirror Image. This "arm's length" relationship is going to prove too much of a hurdle for all these class action filings. Viks' insurance experience means they have more experience legally than your typical hi-tech managers. They're looking fastball now, ready to drive it into the gap.
