Hay balers on a cotton farm? Besides cotton, we had horses (and some cows, goats, chickens, rabbits, mules, burros, and sheep) not all at the same time. So part of the farm was in alfalfa. terraserver.microsoft.com This picture does not do it justice, since in the last 20 years it has been subdivided into little "ranch-ettes", the main buiding site was converted to a fertilizer tank farm, and a huge "colonia" was built right behind the railroad tracks. (The wide angle lens also distorts the image). I went back to see it a few years ago and could barely recognise the place. TP
