Lehman's cut is very reasonable as, IMHO, banks would negotiate the best deal for which would result in lower profits for the next year or two.

BTW following your logic Lehman's forecast was 4*(2.89-1.16)+1.16=$8.08 a year ago and $70.36 10 years ago
