Hi limtex:

I think highly of WCII's management, but I am
extremely negative about the prospects of the
telecom service providers for the next year.
The entire sector from the big caps (WCOM, T, VZ)
to the CLECs to the European wireless providers who
are paying incredible fees for their 3G licenses
is looking like Chernobyl in the early stages
of the meltdown.

I would not be surprised if when the bottom
occurs we have T below $20, QCOM at $25 or less, VOD
at $25, and several CLECs at $0. And this time
Grubman won't be able to play his cavalry to the
rescue act.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
