HLIT looks to have bottom. The base is not long though, and there is very large gap to overcome. Below is the article that got me interested in HLIT

The reason the article raised my antenna was the idea of EDGE infra plays coming back into to focus. I have been concentrating on the backbone infra plays, JNPR, CSCO, and others trying to satisfy my thinking of the promise of broadband, the next big thing. I have been taking the egg before the chicken approach. We need the highspeed backbone and the equipment to handle all the data that increase bandwidth from broadband before you can install the last mile in masses, so I have bought the following stock, NTAP, SCMR,EXTR, EMC, CIEN, NT, SUNW, CSCO, JNPR, JDSU, and GLW you can add EXDS to that list, soon maybe even now, plays like HLIT, CMTN, AWRE will come back into play since those are the edge players, or the last mile solution infra plays.
