Hello Zeev:A few helpful links. Once they finish the drilling of the second well, I would venture a guess that they may have less than $0 .5mm left. If UPR wishes to continue a partnership with IMMM, they will need to fulfill their finanical obligations and finalize either a farm-in agreement; or take an equity ownership in IMMM. If I was UPR, I would probably opt for the latter. The other shoe to drop definitely belongs to UPR. If the technology doesn't perform, they have the right to turn around and walk away leaving IMMM as an independent with a serious liquidity crisis ahead . If it does work, they can assimilate IMMM into the UPR exploration group as a revenue producing entity. (Dighem pulled down $760K Cd from Leader. Not bad for a few weeks of work.) My guess (and wish) is that IMMM is bought out by UPR. I believe this will happen. The reason I am leaning this way is that IMMM has moved away from its committment to Topper Gold. Notice that the Topper PR release has been removed from their website. John Davies of Topper is baffled by their indifference. I asked Neville about this. He said that IMMM is still very interested in Topper. I have a problem with that. This is their next customer in line. And they are ignoring them. You are not going to be in business for long if you treat customers like that. IMO, they know exactly what is coming down. If they are interested in Topper, it will be under a completely different corporate structure than we have now. Topper may be talking directly with UPR. If we get positive results in the field, major changes will be ocurring very quickly. (Disclaimer: All resemblance to the the truth in above statements is purely accidental.)
