Can someone state in clear and concise terms, exactly what the hell you expect from the shareholder meeting that has you in "deer in headlights" mode? It seems you must still be in some state of denial and "waiting for the shareholder meeting" is nothing more than a rationalization to keep hope up. What major announcement has ever been made at any shareholder meeting in the history of shareholder meetings?

SEC Guilty?
Let's assume the SEC has "friends" on the short side or make it sound less like a conspiracy, let's assume that a shorter turned the SEC on to DCTC or D&T turned DCTC in(my guess) and that the SEC was just blatantly incompentant or too overworked to bother so it took 14 months to file charges of "accouting irregularities" 15 times over. The only thing I could see that would take time was to determine that Murphy and others made money on the side here. Maybe that explains the whole delay but I sure would have loved for the SEC to announce the clear cut stuff 12 months ago!!!

Letters from the SEC to DCTC that warned of trouble should have been made public knowledge! PERIOD!!! I don't care about redtape and procedures with the SEC. Those letters from SEC to DCTC were NOT charges and should have been brought to shareholders attention IF THE SECs CHARTER REALLY IS TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC!!! It appears the SEC was warning DCTC of items that were ACTIONABLE by the SEC. THIS IS GROSS NEGLIGANCE ON THE SEC to make these letters a friggen secret until now!!!!!

DCTC management is equally guilty of deceiving shareholders by selecting to babble about "upcoming wonderful days ahead" and never telling us about letters ALREADY IN HAND!!!!

Murphy and others guilty?
How about this? DCTC WAS DECEITFUL in its failure to disclose the REAL reasons that DCTC was rejected in its bid for listing on NASDAQ. END OF STORY!

That deceitful information was the basis for some of my purchases of DCTC stock. I am not going to be held accountable for my decisions that were made based on LIES! Others of you can get into rehab mode and accept your failed investment decision as your own. I WILL NOT as my decisions were based on deceitful info that I could not possibly have done anything about. Even the friggen NASD wouldn't give me the answer that suddenly showed up in the SEC charges! CAN YOU SAY BIG HOLE IN THE PROCESSES HERE?!!!! What the heck is an investor supposed to do???

DCTC BLATANTLY MISLEAD investors on the Carlisle situation. END OF STORY! Did ANYONE know of the instant demise of this deal until the SEC filing of charges? How is that possible? All those wonderful "NEWSletters" and no mention of the immediate demise of that deal.....what else was missing from the newsletters??? OBVIOUSLY, LOTS!!!!!
Waiting for newsletters for some people was like getting a fix, you knew it was BAD for you but you had to have it to stop the trembling!!

Are these microcosms of a bigger problem or are they the exception and everything is on the up and up?

We each have to decide for ourselves. No shareholder meeting is going to change PAST HISTORY for me.

Innocent until proven guilty. We are all entitled to our opinions based on information that we shareholders never had a chance of knowing is now surfacing.

Let the justice system play itself out. That is the American way and maybe SEMPER FI will have some meaning in the long run!

Loyalty only goes so far but don't s$%^ on me in the process!!!

I step down off my soapbox but please someone answer my question in paragraph one as I am sorely missing something that everyone thinks will take place at the shareholder meeting. Is Connecticut that exciting?
