Hope the tomatoes are growing well, mine are (gggggggg).

I'm typing out what Nesbitt Burns is telling me in a Courtesy Letter I received today in the hopes it may help some of the American investors of Winspear.

"This offer is not being made to, nor will instructions be accepted from or on behalf of, holders of Winspear shares from the United States or any other jurisdiction in which the making of the offer or acceptance thereof would not be in compliance with the laws of such jurisdiction. However, the offeror may (in its sole discretion) take such action as it may deem necessary to extend the offer to such holders. Any tenders for these holders must be done on a physical share basis-the instructions sent should clearly state if the tender is for a United States resident.

Shareholders are strongly advised to consult their professional financial advisors and the offering circular concerning the tax consequences and further details of the offer"
