Joe, Can AMD have improvements in the process and still call it .18u, but this new process has improved parameters? Jerry stated in the On24 interview that Dresden is currently using 0.10u gates in their 0.18u copper process. This worries me a little, since much further reduction could strain the capability of the lithography equipment that they have populated the fab with. Pravin.
