NI,

Thanks for reply.

I do not have ill-tempered altitude toward any poster's on SI. But when somebody post information which concern my altitude toward company where I have investment, than I analyze this information.

Even before your post, I have checked (not only for hrGGF2) for all CNSI projects patents status. Regards the GGF, there are several patents issued before first CNSI patent. Not going in to details and because my knowledge is simply limited for this issue, your information that patent ambiguity regards hrGGF2 is reason for slowing process of the hrGGF2 collaboration. I took this very seriously. Potential collaborators will analyze this issue in very details.

Not compromising source of your information can you clear is the potential patent problem(s) in:

1. Meter of composition,
2. Indication where it can be applicable,
3. Technology for the production/manufacturing,
4. Patent(s) number which can be infringement.

Thanks in advance.
