FastComm Communications Names Michael Pascoe To Its Board of Directors

DULLES, Va., Aug 21, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- FastComm Communications Corporation (OTC BB: FSCX) today announced that telecommunications industry veteran, Michael Pascoe, has been named to the FastComm Board of Directors.
In addition to being named to the Board, Mr. Pascoe will serve on the Company’s Audit and Compensation committees.

Most recently, Mr. Pascoe was Chief Executive Officer, President and Member of the Board of PairGain Technologies, a public DSL company that was purchased by ADC Telecommunications in June of 2000. From 1986 to 1998 Mr. Pascoe was employed by Newbridge Networks where he held various General Management positions concluding as President, Newbridge Networks Inc. and Executive Vice President/General Manager of the North and South American business regions. Before joining Newbridge he held a number of engineering and marketing positions with Bell Northern Research, Mitel Corporation and Rockwell International. His other Board positions include Anda Networks and Mariner Networks where he serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board.
