Indexonly.com National Convention, US Regional Operator Meeting, and Indexonly Technologies, Inc. re-listed on OTC-BB
National Convention
The Radisson Resort ↦ Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona is the premier site location chosen to kick off the 1st Annual Indexonly National Convention to be held in November 2000. This two day conference includes round table sessions that encourage our Operators to share information with each other on effective sales strategies, the benefits of strong organization, networking and teambuilding. At the Conference we will introduce our community-based "PR in a box" program, which has been developed specifically to support our District Operators in their efforts to build a reputation as their "community expert" by providing them with tools to create a community relations program. We will also be providing an update on our Wireless Strategy and how Indexonly will position itself in this competitive market. Check out all the information on our convention home page.
First US Regional Operator "Get Together"
On Wednesday August 16, 2000 all of the US Regional and District Operators met with representatives from the Corporate Office for our first Group Operator meeting in the US. The purpose of this meeting (held in Scottsdale, Arizona) was to review what we have accomplished to date, how we can improve on our existing procedures, and what new initiatives are being launched over the next several months.
Indexonly Technologies, Inc. re-listed on OTC-BB
In our August 8, 2000 Corporate Update we informed you that on August 4, 2000 the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") verbally advised us that we had cleared all comments on our registration statement. We are now pleased to report that we have received the SEC's written confirmation of the above information. In fact, effective Friday August 18, 2000 the "IOTI" trading symbol was re-listed on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTC-BB).
