Good article in this mornings Arizona Republic. To summarize the
article, analysts put potential of oral cancer detection market at
$400 million per year in U.S. and $1.5 billion in world. Zila owns
the patent on the test and no other diagnostic exam like it on the
market. Per Hines, OraTest would generate $40 million to $80 million
in sales the first year or two. Cost of test to dentists and other
practitioners would be $20 or less. This is an extremely positive
article, at least for me to start the research process before
investing. Know what I'm doing this afternoon. It's too hot outside
to do anything else.
