Short Interest has increased ONLY Slightly. This is VERY BULLISH because... We don't care. There's always an excuse for you; if short interest is skyrocketing the bears are herding themselves into a short squeeze position. If it isn't, it shows a deterioration of confidence among the bears. A relatively flat short interest on CNC is very consistent with the price action over the past month. Strength sufficient to constitute a shorting opportunity has been very scarce as of late, and all but non-existent, ironically, since the Jacobs ad. Tell me if you can, Tunica, what change in the short interest figure would you not be able to interpret as "very bullish"? I don't think you'll answer that.
