John-I see these API guesses as very low. I expect much more of a build in crude given all the "oil on the water" rumors the last few weeks. Could these low estimates be a ploy by short players to raise expectations and then dash them when API build actually turns out to be 5 million or so? Or am I getting paranoid and see collusion everywhere?-Frank
