John- I think it all depends on your time horizon. I would be inclined to buy in the 45-46 range for long term holdings, but I recently urged my wife to sell some shares in her IRA when the price rose above $55 because I believe that it's short-term overvalued there and her IRA is really overweighted in chip companies. (She didn't follow my advice... she loves her LLTC and ALTR). Steve
