EPEX looks strong today. I really like the technical action. I don't own it because you can't margin it, it's too small and it's an E&P, but for those who like micros it's not bad. Trading around 3x cash flows. Decent earnings, low debt. Currently I don't own any E&P's. Bought some WCOM at 35 ahead of the FED meeting. Don't see much downside, but if techs run it's one I'd like to own long term.
