They will NOT tighten. If there is anything I have learned about that senile old fool, it is that he will not surprise the market and makes sure it is on the same page as he. He learned that lesson from the "irrational exuberance" comment. Unless something extraordinary comes along, like Long Term, where he has no time to get everyone in step.
