Yes, Mike, not many. TiVo undoubtedly has more. I have no handle on the numbers, but I would think that the growth in sales over the past six months is accelerating for all players in this market. So the question you raise with respect to 2Q numbers is a valid one.

In January, at CES, Replay announced their partnership with Panasonic and Sharp, while TiVo announced their deal with DirecTV. Despite these announcements, it took a number of months for the products stemming from these agreements to show up store shelves.

I think key will be how quickly inventory moves come Xmas. And maybe Replay is hoping for a big boost in volume of units shipped in Q4 to get the biggest bang for its IPO buck in early Y2K+1. Dunno, just a guess.
