Frank, the people are already divided and sub-divided...a fragmented society with no common enemy, except for poverty and lack of access to resources.

The great cultural divide in America is a wound that must be healed, so I would agree that over emphasizing the financial aspect of our divisions will only make the resentment grow.

The point is, that in order to address the issue of bringing more people to a place where they can get onboard with the new economy, etc...things must be discussed in a realistic way...there's no room for the sugar-coated version.

I think Gore is doing a good job of presenting the real information, so people can make this important choice in November...a choice that's right for them, that they can live with long term.
