Gottfried and other threaders, I am in for the long haul. I have been lucky since October, '96. My portfolio is up 60%. My major holding AMAT at $67 was up 141%. Therefore, I have room for some correction as AMAT goes for $100+. How long do you believe we have to wait until we reach $100? If there is a split at $100+ what is the normal adjustment of the actual day after the split? Does AMAT mormally drop or does it continue upward? If so how much can we expect either down or up?

I know some of our long term threaders of AMAT will be able to give us some wisdom.

Thanks.

Paul
