By definition Bollinger bands expand when there is a price breakout. They get tight before the breakout. Also, we have broken above the upper Bollinger band; also positive.

As to RSI, it is way, way up: now at ~80; on 8/16 PETM broke above 50. All this is positive. Money flow, MACD all are positive. What more do you want?
