Actually, thinking more about it, 2GHz is 1.5 O/C'd by 33%.

That's decent, but not terribly surprising if special cooling is involved. That is, assuming they got a part or two that would run at 1.5 with the normal, turbofan air cooling, slap on something more advanced, and there you are.

Consider the analogy of a 900 MHz part O/C'd to 1.2GHz. Nice, but not jaw-dropping.
