Then, I propose that Bush propose that the federal income tax (not FICA) be eliminated for all households earning less than $30,000. a year. If you think that's too high, make it $25,000.

I'm looking for things that will blow Gore out of the water and have people across the country talking with excitement about the bold new Republican ideas.

What's Gore going to say? Allowing poor people and low wage earners to not pay taxes is a "risky scheme?"
