Tito and Other threaders, Did you know that you can have accessed your IRA without paying the penality under Section 72(t)(2)(A)(iv)and Section 72(t)(4). I have been making annual periodic equal withdrawals under this these Sections. The IRS and possibly your CPA can provide you with Notice 89-25 Miscellaneous Taxability Issures of the 1986 Tax Reform Act. The IRS does not widely publicize this process. The reason is obvious. But, if you call them they will probably send you a copy.
