-General Qestions-

While the technology and the product(s) of ADSO are beyond me at this time, I have started to look at ADSO as a possible buy. The reasons are simple enough: Shares are at a low price, the company was once touted as a good buy at roughly 5X the going price and had the exposure of being in a "stock letter".

I've started going over their basics and the process of looking where the current management came from and a friend of mine in Portland, Oregon, thinks that some of the management came from Central Point Sofware.

That name is somewhat familar, yet I don't know why. I can't find a company going by that name now. Did they fold? Is that a public company? What was their product and for what platform?

I am sorry of this sounds like a foolish question, but I feel it is important to know the background of the brains.

Regards,
