You're describing The Wild, Wild West... I don't think that ideal 'works' in present day scenarios... Look at the Montana Freemen, and other groups similar. It's a big complicated picture...heard of 'molecular memory'? To me, 'moletronics' is a good representation of how drastically different our times are...unprecedented issues-
