One little bit that caught my eye was this: Getting Results: eCache on a PC Platform Dean Klein - VP of Integrated Products, Micron Technology, Inc. Formal introduction of Mamba, Micron's PC system chip incorporating embedded DRAM, an AMD Athlon interface, and many additional system-oriented features. Micron has been lurking in the background with its Samurai DDR chipset, but it's not clear if they're interested in actually marketing any of their chipset stuff. At the OEM level, Micron is still pure Intel. Nice that they're working with the Athlon, anyway. Cheers, Dan.
