Zdnet have two conflicting articles. zdnet.com zdnet.com One says "no special cooling" the other says "Intel did not specify". Personally I think there was probably no special cooling. I also think it was probably a .13 micron chip. The more Intel forces the speed race the faster their existing fabs become outdated. When does Intel get all fabs to .18 never mind .13?
